Entry Background/Description: The 2021 Annual Report for Smile-A-Mile was mailed to over 2,500 donors, participants and stakeholders in March 2022. This eight-page newsletter, featured colorful and engaging photos from each of our program areas, a short narrative about each program, quotes from those we serve, and statistics illustrating our impact throughout Alabama and beyond.
Why You Should Vote for Me: This comprehensive newsletter told the 2021 SAM Story while focusing on the heart of our mission – the children and families we serve. By sharing the photos with short narratives and a few numbers, readers were drawn in to our compelling story. The By-the-Numbers section for each program illustrates the impact we have on children and families across the state which is important to potential and current supporters.
