Cancellation Policy

Cancellations submitted in writing to the COCA-I office no later than October 1, will receive a full refund of the registration amount, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Due to committed and incurred expenses, COCA-I cannot refund registration fees for cancellations received after this date. Refund requests should be submitted in writing (1 Canal St., Unit 1214, Boston, MA  02114) or Email. For email requests, a receipt of confirmation by COCA-I office must be obtained. All refunds will be processed after the COCA-I Annual Conference.


If a registrant is unable to attend the conference and would like to change the name on the registration, COCA-I is happy to do so. Please submit the request to the COCA-I office as soon as the request for change is known.
