Entry Background/Description: This year, we celebrated our 40th anniversary. 40 whole years of supporting children with cancer and their families. As a part of our celebration, we highlighted the people of Special Love, both those who were there from the beginning and those who help us continue on the mission (even 40 years later).
Why You Should Vote for Me: This is an ode to the people who make us who we are. Campers, families, volunteers, donors, even our co-founder who 40 years ago had a vision to establish a camp for children with cancer!
