Entry Background/Description: We started to write this year-end magazine a few years ago to reflect on the impact we've made over the year. Before we started writing this "magazine," our holiday appeal was a simple letter in the mail. Changing to a magazine format is extremely labor intensive, but it has increased our holiday appeal donations threefold. Donors often write to tell us how much they look forward to reading it each year.
